Grants
The CCF continues to support many NGO programs and initiatives which help underprivileged children and individuals with special needs and health problems.
In 2023, the sum of $100,000 was distributed to the following ten organizations:
- Independent Social Support Body (ISSB) which financially helps students studying at colleges and universities in Cyprus, who would otherwise not be able to complete their studies due to financial hardships. It is headed by the current First Lady of Cyprus, Mrs. Philippa Karsera Christodoulides.
- Theotokos Foundation, with the mission of offering accommodation, healthcare, and medical treatment to children and adults with disabilities.
- Ronald McDonald House Charities Cyprus. The organization strives to create and support programs that directly improve the well-being of seriously ill, hospitalized children and their families.
- Association of Parents & Friends of Children with Special Needs, with the mission to solve problems faced by children with disabilities and their families.
- Autism Society – Paphos Branch, with main purpose to secure the rights of Autistic people in order to ensure a better quality of life for them.
- Margarita Liasidou Foundation, which cares for children and adults with special needs, including overnight accommodation.
- St. Loucas Community (Koinotita Ag. Louka), which provides services for children and adults with complex disabilities.
- Archangel Michael’s Hospice, which provides palliative care to children with terminal illnesses.
- Pancyprian Association of Parents and Friends of the Children with Cancer (Oncology Unit), which supports the families of children with cancer at the pediatric oncology unit of the Arch. Makarios Hospital in Nicosia.
- Mikroi Iroes (Little Heroes), which supports children who fight any type and stage of cancer.
In 2022, the sum of $64,000 was distributed to the following eight organizations:
- Independent Social Support Body, headed by the First Lady of the Republic of Cyprus Mrs. Andri Anastasiades, which financially supports students studying at universities in Cyprus.
- Theotokos Foundation, which supports and cares for children and young adults with special needs.
- Ronald McDonald House Charities Cyprus; newly established in Cyprus. The organization strives to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families.
- Association of Parents & Friends of Children with Special Needs (Limassol)
- Autism Society – Paphos
- Margarita Liasidou Foundation, which cares for children and adults with special needs, including overnight accommodations.
- St. Loucas Community, which provides services for children and adults with complex disabilities.

- Association for People with Autism of Cyprus-Paphos – helping individuals with autism
- Prosvasi – helping individuals with special needs
- Melathron Agoniston EOKA Children Rehabilitation & Recovery Program – providing rehabilitation services to children with injuries
In 2019, our organization provided grants to the following seven organizations:

- Margarita Liasidou Foundation – helping children and young adults with special needs
- Pancyprian Association of Parents & Friends of the Children Oncology Unit – providing support to children with cancer and their families
- Center for Children with Special Needs “Life Support” – helping children and young adults with special needs
- Association for People with Autism of Cyprus-Paphos – helping individuals with autism
- Association of Parents & Friends of Children with Special Needs - helping children and young adults with special needs
- The Independent Social Support Body – helping students attending in colleges and universities in Cyprus who cannot afford to pay tuition
